Alex Cecchetti has developed a unique practice that could be called art of avoidance: tactical and poetic, its system leads to produce situations or objects that can exist both inside and outside the exhibition.

‘Belladonna’ is based on his own previous performance ‘Walking Backwards’, which took place in the garden of Jardins des Plantes in Paris and at Serralves Foundation, as well as on a related film as a collection of stories of trees and plants narrated in that occasion.
